Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager , you will be instrumental in accelerating the company’s sales growth and market success for LED TVs, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines across the West Bengal region . This role calls for a dedicated and experienced professional with a proven track record of at least four years in sales and team management . Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve the company’s business objectives and revenue targets within the assigned region. Provide strong leadership to the sales team, offering guidance, mentorship, and performance-driven coaching to maximize efficiency. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand distributor networks to strengthen market presence. Facilitate the onboarding of new dealers and distributors , ensuring a smooth integration into the company’s business ecosystem. Foster and maintain lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders , promoting brand loyalty and long-term collaboration. Analyze sales performance and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and implement data-driven improvements. Prepare and deliver insightful sales reports and revenue forecasts to senior management, supporting informed decision-making. Optimize budget allocation and resource management to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and standard operating procedures across the sales team. Stay informed on industry developments and competitive activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. 4 to 10 years of progressive experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience in onboarding new dealers and distributors within relevant product segments. Proven leadership capabilities with strong team management and mentoring skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking, with the ability to design and implement effective sales strategies . Prior exposure to the LED TV, Washing Machine, Air Conditioner, and Refrigerator market sectors.
