Area Sales Manager (ASM)

As an Area Sales Manager at Reise Moto, your role will be crucial in managing and expanding the tyre business across Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad. You will drive sales, oversee dealer/distributor networks, and implement growth strategies within the region. Your key responsibilities will include driving both primary and secondary tyre sales, appointing and managing distributors and channel partners, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, ensuring the achievement of sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, conducting regular market visits to foster strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless supply chain and after-sales support. To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate degree (MBA preferred) and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in tyre or automotive product sales. A robust network with retailers/distributors in the region is essential, along with self-motivation, excellent communication, and negotiation skills. The role will require extensive travel across Maharashtra and Gujarat. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
