As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals, including identifying target markets, setting sales quotas, and forecasting revenue. - Recruiting, training, motivating, and managing a team of salespeople to ensure productivity and professional growth. - Monitoring and driving the team to meet or exceed individual and group sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting tactics as needed. - Researching market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead in the industry. - Preparing and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement. - Collaborating closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with broader company objectives. Qualifications required for this role include a proven track record in sales with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales role in a well-organized and structured company. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The work location is in person, and the application deadline is 10/05/2025.
