Job Description

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners, and leading the sales team within the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop sales operations within the assigned area/region.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Appoint, train, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure timely order processing, billing coordination, and payment collection.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
  • Implement company sales strategies, schemes, and promotional activities.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
