Area Sales Manager (ASM)

As an Area Sales Manager at our esteemed organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Cash Credit limit (CC), Overdrafts limit (OD), and Term Loans limit products in the assigned area. - Generating leads from open market sourcing and exploring new business opportunities to expand the customer base. - Monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and competitor activities to provide regular reports to senior management. - Leading and managing a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation for their success. - Cultivating strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, resolving customer complaints promptly, and identifying cross-selling opportunities for banking and financial products. - Utilizing your 5+ years of marketing experience to devise effective promotional strategies and campaigns to increase product awareness and market penetration. Qualifications and skills required for this role include: - Mandatory qualifications of MBA (Master of Business Administration) and CA (Chartered Accountant). - Minimum 2 years of experience in Cash Credit limit (CC), Overdrafts limit (OD), and Term Loans limit. - At least 5 years of experience in marketing within the finance or banking industry. - Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team. - Strong business acumen, understanding of financial products, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Possession of a valid driving license and a 2-wheeler for daily commuting.
