Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Engineer to lead and manage the entire production process of commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing planning, manufacturing, quality control, and team supervision to ensure timely and high-quality production that meets customer specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit customer locations (hotels, restaurants, catering companies, etc.) to give product demos.

· Understand client requirements and suggest suitable kitchen equipment solutions.

· Provide technical presentations and explain product features, usage, and benefits.

· Maintain relationships with existing clients and support post-sales queries.

· Coordinate with the internal technical and production teams to fulfil customer requirements.

· Prepare basic reports on customer visits, feedback, and demo outcomes.

· Support the sales and marketing team during exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches.

Requirements

• Required Qualification: ITI, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering. Or other also prefered
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in a sales or technical support role (Freshers Can Apply)
• Technical Skills: understanding of AutoCAD, project drawings, and site tools.
• Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and time management.

· Must own a 2-wheeler for travel. & Valid driving license is mandatory.

· Customer-focused attitude with basic technical knowledge.

· Willing to travel locally within city/region for client visits.
