Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Title: Area Sales Manager – South India (Home Appliances)

Location: South India (Preferred: Major metro city – Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; up to 30 days acceptable

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations across South India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in home appliances sales, with specific experience in barbecue grills being a strong added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
• Manage and grow sales channels including distributors, retailers, and modern trade outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Lead, train, and support sales teams across the region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Regular travel across South Indian states for market visits, dealer meetings, and sales reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the home appliances sector.
• Experience in selling barbecue grills is a strong plus.
• Strong regional knowledge and ability to manage a multi-state territory.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
• Available to join immediately or within a 30-day notice period.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
