Area Sales Manager (ASM)

You will be the growth engine of Paudhaawala, responsible for driving revenues across B2B, Societies, Nurseries, Farmhouses. You are expected to build and execute a unified sales and BD strategy across all revenue streams. Your role involves owning and delivering the company's top-line revenue and growth objectives. You must ensure consistent sales growth, stock optimization, and customer experience excellence. Your responsibilities also include driving performance, visibility, and revenue across online platforms. You will oversee corporate/B2B, Farmhouses, nurseries, societies, IT offices, and institutional sales verticals. Additionally, you will be building and scaling General Trade distribution, Franchise models, and Exclusive Brand Outlets. Leading feasibility studies, execution, and growth for new initiatives is a key part of your role. You are expected to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales teams across channels. Establishing KPIs, performance reviews, and incentive structures to drive accountability is essential. You should foster a culture of ownership, agility, and entrepreneurial spirit. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development. - Prior Startup or business-building experience preferred. - Strong exposure to Retail and online sales with some experience preferred in B2B sales. - Track record of scaling revenues across multiple channels. - Strong sales personality - ambitious, persuasive, resilient, and result-driven. - Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
