Acquisition of New Customers & Distribution Channels
Driving Branch Profitability & Revenue

Key Requirements:
5–10 years of relevant field experience, preferably in NBFCs, BFSI, or Microfinance
Must have strong experience in Collections and HL/LAP (Home Loan / Loan Against Property)
Proven track record in team management and sales execution
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and digital applications
Must own a two-wheeler and be open to fieldwork and relocation
Post-Graduate from a reputed institute preferred
