Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To lead, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team of 10 Relationship Managers (RM/SRMs) to achieve aggressive health insurance targets through the agency network. This is a 100% target-oriented leadership role and field work.
Preferred candidate profile:

Team Leadership & Drive:
Lead a team of 10 Relationship Managers. Drive daily activity, ensure high energy on the floor, and maintain a focus on productivity.
Target Achievement:
Directly responsible for the areas Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual health insurance targets. Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews (PRPs).

Operational Management:

Attendance & Discipline:
Regularize attendance and maintain strict discipline in team logins and field visits.
Leave Management:
Manage team leave schedules without impacting daily business continuity.
Incentive Management:
Ensure maximum team members qualify for monthly/quarterly incentives; use "earning potential" as a primary motivational tool.
Agency Development:
Support RMs in recruiting, training, and activating agents/POSPs to ensure constant funnel growth.
Compliance:
Ensure 100% adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company code of conduct.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:
5+ years in Health/Life Insurance Sales with at least 2 years in a team handling role (Agency Channel preferred).
Education:
Any Graduate

Core Competencies:
Exceptional "Street Smart" leadership and team-handling skills.
Deep understanding of the Agency model and Health Insurance products.
Strong analytical skills to track MIS and performance data.
Mindset:
Aggressive, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure, 6-day work week environment.
