Job Description

As an experienced professional in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for delivering top-line sales numbers for the Area/State by planning and achieving sales and distribution targets. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring control on Damage, Returns, and Expiry in line with norms - Area & Business Planning in line with S&D norms - Monitoring brand availability, visibility, and freshness - Driving New Product Introduction (NPI) in line with the company's plan - Implementing credit policy and credit controls for financial management - Educating and training distributors on company systems & processes - Adhering to code of conduct and compliance with statutory/regulatory norms - Providing administrative support to the Regional Sales Office - Motivating, training, and developing the field force for target achievement - Developing new business plans and implementing innovative Trade Marketing activities - Supporting marketing plans for the area Key Behavioral Competencies Required: - Leadership - Interpersonal and team building skills - Communication skills - Analytical skills - Negotiation skills and influencing ability - High degree of initiative and enthusiasm - Mobility and Adaptability - Achievement orientation - Planning and organizing ability Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 6-8 years of experience in a FMCG company or an MBA with 2-3 years of experience - Proficiency in Sales systems and processes - Understanding of market dynamics and demographics - Knowledge of financial and marketing management - Strong people management skills - Computer skills including MS Office Your technical knowledge and skills will play a crucial role in your success in this role. Your understanding of sales systems and processes, market dynamics, financial management, logistics, supply chain management, and product knowledge will be essential. Additionally, your networking abilities and customer management orientation will contribute to your effectiveness in this position.,
