Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for both HORECA and vending verticals in the assigned territory.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts across hotels & corporate offices.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers to ensure repeat business and account retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with large accounts.
  • Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth vending installations and service excellence.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and present performance updates to management.
  • Area Covering:

    Telangana & AP experience is

    MUST

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in both HORECA sales and corporate vending sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build networks and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Target-driven with a strategic and analytical approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales & Marketing specialization).
  • 58 years of experience in sales, with at least 23 years handling HORECA and vending channels.
  • Prior experience in FMCG / Beverages / Food Services industry is highly desirable.
