We are looking for a proactive and experienced Area Sales Manager with 4 to 6 years of proven experience in the AAC blocks industry to lead our sales efforts in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective team leadership and strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and increase market share for AAC blocks in Hyderabad and nearby markets.
  2. Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  5. Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management.
  8. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. 4 to 6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in AAC blocks or the construction materials industry.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good understanding of the Hyderabad construction market and key stakeholders.
  5. Ability to analyze market data and sales performance metrics.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  7. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
