This role demands strong leadership, market knowledge, and a proven track record in FMCG/General Trade sales. Key Responsibilities: Meet daily/weekly sales targets (Primary & Secondary) Lead & support a team of MGRs Open new outlets & maintain good retailer relationships Ensure in-store visibility and merchandising Track company assets (coolers, POS materials) Handle discounts, credit, and claims at the outlet level Requirements Qualifications: Graduation / MBA Experience: 7+years and above Experience need in Field Sales/ General trade/FMCG Sales  Continuous travel within the designated area 90% Travel in a month Male candidates preferred Age should be 42years or below. Should have handled 5 or above team members
