As a Regional Sales Head in the Automobile industry, your primary role will involve driving sales performance and business growth in the assigned region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Setting, monitoring, and achieving revenue and profitability targets to ensure regional sales success. - Strategically planning and executing sales campaigns to maximize market share and dealership performance. - Identifying new business opportunities, channel partners, and potential franchise locations within the territory. - Ensuring consistent sales performance across all dealerships and franchise outlets. You will also be responsible for: - Overseeing and strengthening relationships with existing franchise partners. - Supporting franchise owners in business planning, profitability tracking, and operational excellence. - Monitoring compliance with brand, pricing, and operational standards across all outlets. - Conducting performance reviews and guiding franchisees to meet business goals. Additionally, you will lead and motivate the regional sales and support teams, collaborate with cross-functional departments for seamless regional operations, and facilitate training programs to enhance performance and service quality. Your role will require you to: - Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to recommend actionable insights. - Plan and implement strategies for business expansion, new product rollouts, and regional marketing initiatives. - Present comprehensive business reports, MIS, and strategic recommendations to top management. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile sales, franchise or dealer network management, and regional business leadership. - Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales performance and manage multiple stakeholders. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to travel frequently across assigned regions. - Hands-on experience in franchise or dealership operations will be an added advantage.
