Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales enablers and identifying new business opportunities. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with retailers and other stakeholders in the sales process. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing sales promoters, setting monthly targets, monitoring their performance, reporting and analyzing sales data, maintaining knowledge of products and the industry, as well as share extraction at the store level. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of field sales experience in GT/KA channel sales. A strong relationship with retailers, distributors, and other key partners is essential. A graduation degree in any stream is required for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift with additional perks including performance bonus and yearly bonus. The work location will be in person.
