Job Description

You will be a part of our team in the building materials industry as a Sales Executive, where your main responsibility will be to generate leads, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting and selling a wide range of construction and building products. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities with contractors, architects, builders, and construction firms. You will also need to maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and meet or exceed sales targets set by the management. Conducting market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and pricing strategies will be essential. Additionally, you will be preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals effectively, as well as coordinating with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products. Providing regular reports and updates to the sales manager will also be a part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have a background in Marketing or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction sector, is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of the local market and customer base in the construction industry is a plus. This is a full-time position, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location will be in person.,
