** Position: Area Manager SME & Agency Channel (Health Insurance)**

** Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Area Manager** to lead the **SME & Agency Channel** in the Health Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through recruitment, training, and management of agents and SME partners, ensuring achievement of business targets.
** Key Responsibilities:**
* Drive business through **Agency and SME partners** in the assigned region.
* Recruit, train, and motivate **advisors/agents** to achieve business objectives.
* Ensure consistent achievement of **premium and revenue targets**.
* Develop and implement effective **sales strategies** to expand the market share.
* Build strong relationships with channel partners, corporate clients, and internal teams.
* Monitor team performance and provide necessary coaching and guidance.
* Conduct regular business reviews and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
* Identify potential markets for SME products and health insurance solutions.
** Desired Candidate Profile:**
* **Experience:** Minimum 3–6 years in **Health Insurance / Agency / SME Sales**
* **Education:** Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
* Strong knowledge of **health insurance products** and local market dynamics.
* Excellent **leadership, communication, and interpersonal** skills.
* Proven track record of achieving **sales and recruitment targets**.
* Local candidates preferred for Vijayawada & Bangalore.
