Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Area Manager - Virtual Bancassurance HDFC in Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and sales, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including life insurance and bancassurance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with virtual banking platforms or similar technologies is advantageous.
