Area Manager

We are looking for a passionate professional with a strong interest in channel business, relationship management, and value-driven financial solutions. The role involves working closely with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), their clients, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Empanel IFAs based on the company’s eligibility criteria.
• Support IFAs through joint client calls, training programs, and sales activities to meet revenue targets.
• Provide daily support and timely resolution of IFA queries.
• Drive IFA engagement through continuous interaction and business development activities.
• Research investment opportunities and financial market trends to align with client portfolios.
• Coordinate with the Product & Research Team (Centralized CFP Team) for client investment decisions.
• Conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and events for business development.

Job Specifications:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the same domain
• MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing.
• Education in Financial Planning/Wealth Management preferred.
• CFP or similar certifications will be an added advantage.
• Salary up to 6+ LPA + Incentives + Benefits (Depends on Interview)

• Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical ability with knowledge of financial markets.
• Capability to translate research insights into client-centric solutions.
