Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base within the assigned territory as an Area Manager in Sales & Marketing. Leading and managing the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure targets are met or exceeded will also be a key part of your role. Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and dealers, and monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions are essential tasks. Additionally, preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service, and representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events are part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with an MBA or equivalent qualification being a plus. You should possess 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in Pneumatic industrial products. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends are required. A customer-focused approach, proficiency in G-Suite and CRM software, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory are also important. Your strengths should include being results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives, working independently and as part of a team, adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities, passion for sales, and a drive to succeed. You should be dedicated and committed to excelling in your role.
