Backend Marketing

The Backend Marketing position is open for individuals with 0-2 years of experience and is located in Noida. This is a Full Time/Permanent role with a salary package that is competitive and best in the industry. As a potential candidate for this position, you should possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, MBA, Graduation, or be a fresher. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing customer inquiries as well as handling new inquiries from sales engineers. Your duties will include following up on Quotes/PI, reporting Enquiries, CRM, and Daily activities, and overseeing the account opening process for both existing and new customers. Furthermore, you will need to resolve customer queries in coordination with the relevant department, authenticate Dealer KYC, handle customer interactions via call and email, and address customer queries effectively. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in G-Suite tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, interdepartmental coordination abilities, and knowledge of products related to all operations are essential for this position.
