Backend Marketing

As a Backend Marketing professional at SPAC Pneumatic, your role involves handling existing customer inquiries and new inquiries from sales engineers. You will be responsible for following up regarding Quotes/PI, reporting Enquiries, CRM, and daily activities, as well as managing the account opening process for existing and new customers. Additionally, you will be required to solve customer queries in coordination with the concerned department, authenticate Dealer KYC, handle customer interactions via call and email, and address customer queries effectively.
