Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager at SPAC Pneumatic in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, your role involves a deep understanding and expertise in troubleshooting CNC (HMC/VMC)/ Fanuc system/PLC/Cylindrical Grinding/ turning, along with PLC programming & troubleshooting. You will be responsible for maintaining the geometrical accuracy of VMC/HMC/SPM Machines, analyzing the cause of failures and breakdowns, and ensuring smooth and defect-free working of machines/equipment. Your responsibilities will also include designing and wiring CNC/VMC electrical panels, conducting system audits, and adhering to ISO & Pneumatic Standards. Additionally, you will be involved in preventive maintenance of various CNC & PLC machines, managing maintenance costs, and planning maintenance activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting CNC (HMC/VMC)/ Fanuc system/PLC/Cylindrical Grinding/ turning - PLC programming & troubleshooting - Hands-on experience in pneumatic systems - Handling shifts breakdowns and maintenance of machines and equipment - Maintaining geometrical accuracy of VMC/HMC/SPM Machines - Analyzing the cause of failures and breakdowns for smooth machine operations - Designing and wiring CNC/VMC electrical panels - Problem-solving at the production floor - Conducting system audits and adhering to ISO & Pneumatic Standards - Preventive maintenance of various CNC & PLC machines - Managing maintenance costs and planning activities - Program development in CNC, PLC, Drives, and Operator Interfaces - Spares parts planning and in-house repair - Maintaining records of machines/equipment history - Coordinating Safety & Fortnightly Meetings with team members Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma - 5-7 years of experience in a Pneumatic sector/industry If interested in this challenging role, please contact us at 0120-4733333 or send your resume to jobs@spacpneumatic.co.in.
