Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Sector 14, Hisar

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (4 Weekly Offs)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth functioning of office infrastructure and facilities. The ideal candidate should ensure that all equipment, utilities, and premises are well-maintained and operational at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations of office premises

• Ensure timely repair and upkeep of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general infrastructure

• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers

• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and expenses

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and prevent issues

• Ensure safety standards and compliance within the workplace

• Handle emergency maintenance situations efficiently

• Manage inventory of maintenance tools and supplies

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

• Ability to manage vendors and service schedules

• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Basic documentation and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
