Job Description

Area Manager - New Car Finance
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Meet and exceed business goals/targets in different products, i.e., Loans and Insurance (bundled/non-bundled) through lead fulfilment and field activity on existing database.

Manage, control, and own all channel businesses.

Recruit, retain, manage, and build a productive team of off-roll employees.

Maintain delinquency on the portfolio in line with the product segment.

Handle customer escalations and complaints.

Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.

Develop a strong understanding of CRM and lending systems (Salesforce.com and Finnone are a must).

Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.

Ensure hygiene management, which is crucial in the car refinance business, through effective monitoring and PDD collection.

Track cases at every stage to maintain better control.
