Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Manager located in Thrissur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple store locations within their assigned area. Responsibilities include managing and supervising store staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, driving sales and revenue, optimizing store processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Area Manager will also be responsible for staffing, training, and evaluating employees to provide exceptional service and maintain store efficiency. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Sales and revenue generation expertise Store operations management and process optimization skills Exceptional customer service abilities Staff training and evaluation experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Experience in the retail or food and beverage industry is a plus Show more Show less
