Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Manager located in Thrissur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple store locations within their assigned area. Responsibilities include managing and supervising store staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, driving sales and revenue, optimizing store processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Area Manager will also be responsible for staffing, training, and evaluating employees to provide exceptional service and maintain store efficiency.
