Job Summary:

Area Manager Debt Management Services (DMS) Rural

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor
collections and recovery operations
for assigned rural areas.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly recovery targets
across secured and unsecured loan portfolios.
Handle and guide a team of
collection officers, field executives, and recovery agencies
.
Ensure compliance with
collection guidelines, RBI norms
, and
company policies
.
Conduct
field visits
to review performance, resolve escalations, and improve collection efficiency.
Drive
agency onboarding, training, and performance reviews
to strengthen recovery operations.
Coordinate with
credit, operations, and legal teams
for account resolutions and settlement strategies.
Analyze
delinquency trends
and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure proper
documentation and MIS reporting
of collection activities.
Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders to ensure smooth field operations.
