Role & responsibilities

  • Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Sales Team in presentation & selling skills
  • Make joint calls with sales team, if required
  • Training for competence development of Territory Managers/Sales Managers
  • Driving Sales Processes
  • Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets. Provide effective

inputs improve business performance

  • Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time
  • To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under Area
  • Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers i.e. • Contributed Value.Volumes /

Profitability / Expenses / Losses • Employee Retention • Employee Productivity • Customer experience o

Managing Incentive Schemes.

Transform overall business plan into actionable sales targets and execution plan for area under control

  • Expand sales network in new and targeted locations to achieve desired level of penetration
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence. Provide inputs to improve product offerings. Build effective plans

to improve sales operations

  • Build , monitor and maintain sales force across multiple locations as per agreed staffing plans
  • Consistently monitor sales process to improve existing process

Preferred candidate profile

  • 6-8 yrs experience in lending products is a must
  • Good communication and pleasing personality
  • High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm
  • Should demonstrate
