Job Description

Position: Area Manager: Job Summary: Manage 5-6 branches on Business, Operations, Collections and Human resource. This position is responsible for achieving Area targets of customer outreach, portfolio quality and portfolio disbursement on a monthly basis. Manage Sales, collection, Operations, Disbursement and end to end activity for the respective Branches assigned. This position is responsible for maintaining controls and compliances of the branches assigned. Broad Roles and Responsibilities: Operations: Achieve Business targets of outreach, portfolio volume and portfolio quality for all Individual Lending Products, existing and new products and services as per agreed targets month on month. Plan daily activities at Branch through Sales, Collection and Operation Team. Monitor and Manage entire activities of Branches assigned. Implement audit compliance procedures and checks at the branches at the required frequency Develop a strong business team and monitor them to ensure profitability. Regular visit to all the branches assigned. People: Review and monitor entire team and individual performance on a weekly and monthly basis Ensure team is adhering to standards of client interaction, rapport and relationship building Background Minimum 7 yrs experience in Affordable Housing Loan, LAP (Loan against property), Mortgage Loan, Branch Management & Team Handling in Financial Business Development roles. Graduation & Above. Language: English is a must & Regional Language.
