Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager based in Bengaluru. The Area Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage a team of home loan agents, and ensure that our customers receive high-quality service. Responsibilities include setting performance goals, training agents, monitoring loan processing activities, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, Goal Setting skills
• Experience in Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Strategic Planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of home loan processes and the housing market
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
