Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in Bathinda. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations, manage sales within the assigned territory, and foster relationships with clients and channel partners to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, setting and tracking targets, developing and executing regional sales strategies, monitoring market trends, providing leadership to the sales team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.

• Proven sales and business development skills, including creating regional strategies and achieving sales targets.
• Strong data analysis and market research capabilities to monitor trends, gather customer insights, and inform decision-making.
• Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships and manage channel partner communication, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Leadership and team management abilities to guide, motivate, and develop sales teams effectively.
• Familiarity with plumbing, drainage, or fluid management products and their applications is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
• Willingness to travel within the region to visit customers, partners, and sites as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred.
