Major Responsibilities

:
Achievement of the Primary sales targets for the entire district. Business Development and demand generation in the assigned district through network expansion and contact programs with end customers. Generating MIS for the district leading to effective decision making. Review and monitoring of the targets assigned for each territory in the district. Strategizing sales initiatives for each territory as per the guidelines of the organization. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Commercial function for availability of stock as per requirement. Monitoring after sales service with the customers and the technical services associates. Review and monitor the commercial aspects of the district like : adherence to commercial policies, outstanding analysis, expense Vs Sales ratio.
