Job Opening: Manager Wireline Network Operations

Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the Wireline Network, including FTTH & Intercity OFC and ISP Network.
  
• Drive network uptime and operational excellence (targeting 99.99% uptime).
  
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
• Manage partner relationships, patrolling quality, and Capex execution.
  
• Develop and implement fiber cut reduction strategies and single fiber break preventive maintenance.
  
• Ensure KPI performance, network uptime, MTTR, and SLA compliance.
  
• Conduct monthly meetings with customers to understand and meet their needs.
  
• Oversee 3000 KM fiber network operations and maintenance.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including NOC, Projects, Planning, and SCM to ensure smooth network operations.
  
• Drive Opex savings, Capex reduction, and end-of-life removal through innovative solutions.
  
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure high performance.
  
• Understand and manage MPLS, ASON, DWDM technologies and wireline transport networks, fixed broadband, OTN, MSAN, Data circuits (ILP / Lease Line / PRI).

• Enable customer delight by delivering timely and quality services.
  
• Recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  
• Monitor network uptime and performance metrics.
  
• Implement new network delivery plans and network de-choking.
  
• Coordinate with NOC and vendors for rapid fault resolution.
