Area Head


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth for industrial product categories (e.g., switchgears, capacitors, motors, automation).
  • Manage and guide Area Sales Managers, Channel Partners, and Key Accounts.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, consultants, and EPC clients.
  • Execute sales strategies, product positioning, and promotional plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Ensure proper demand forecasting, inventory management, and dealer engagement.
  • Achieve regional targets across volume, value, and profitability.
