Job Title:Area Head - Bancassurance- AU Bank

REPORTING TO: Zonal Head Bancassurance

Band 2 Grade Manager/Sr. Manager

Location : Pune

Education Qualification: Graduate /Post Graduate (MBA) preferred

Work Experience:

7-10 Years of Banca, Life insurance.
Sales experience preferred. Has managed a team and driven a region for business in a metro location.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Regional role, managing private bank vertical with P&L Responsibility
JOB SUMMARY : To manage AU bank the assigned Bank region within the above mentioned 4 cities to achieve business objectives by engaging with CSMs and Area Sales Heads of the bank. Achieve Productivity & Product Mix targets as per internal AOP The role also ensures focus on various parameters like Team Retention, Talent Management and Share of Wallet in the assigned vertical/region.

Requirements :

Preferences only Life insurance with Banca channel expertise candidates.
Age should be Maximum 38 Years.
Handling the Team size of 7to8 FLS.
