Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Business Planning & Analysis

  • Monitor performance across territories and identify revenue opportunities
  • Explore new market penetration strategies for business expansion

2. Strategy Execution

  • Implement territory strategy while maintaining Loss Ratio and COR targets
  • Drive renewal campaigns and retention initiatives with bank controllers
  • Ensure SBI branch activation and minimum business commitments

3. Performance Review

  • Conduct monthly/quarterly team and partner reviews
  • Monitor individual targets and create corrective action plans
  • Provide product feedback based on partner requirements

4. Relationship Management

  • Deliver product training to SBI branches and Sales Partners
  • Maintain adequate SP network and organize growth campaigns
  • Build relationships with key banking stakeholders

5. Team Development

  • Set team goals, conduct appraisals, and provide coaching
  • Identify development areas and manage succession planning
  • Build capability and recommend career progression
