Roles and Responsibilities

* Manage a team of Gold Loan executives to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
* Conduct gold appraisals, assess customer creditworthiness, and process loan applications.
*Develop business opportunities, cultivating customers over the long-term.
*Meet and exceed sales goals with new and established customers, tracking all customer contact.

Proficient in English communication, skilled in sales and customer service, and knowledgeable in business administration and management.
