About the Role

Lead and manage all field marketing initiatives in the assigned area to increase brand awareness and market share.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute area-specific marketing plans aligned with regional sales targets and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with Field Marketing Managers (FMMs), Sales Teams, and Trade Teams to ensure synchronized execution of campaigns and promotions.
• Supervise the planning and execution of BTL activities, product demonstrations, and customer activation events.
• Analyze area-wise market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Ensure proper deployment and utilization of marketing collaterals, visibility materials, and vendor resources.
• Mentor and guide field marketing staff in campaign execution, brand compliance, and performance reporting.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective deployment of marketing spends within the area.
• Report campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key insights to the Regional and Central Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• B.Sc Agri/ B.Sc Agri + M.Sc Agri/ MBA - ABM/ PhD
• Minimum 8 years of experience is Required
• Languages Preferred - Assamese, Hindi, English

• Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from field data.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns at the area or regional level.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); CRM tools knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of both rural and urban consumer markets.
• Fluent in English and local language(s); Hindi proficiency preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the area.
