Area Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at the company, your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate relationships with independent hotels. You will oversee key account management to ensure sustained performance within the region. This role will involve traveling to various hotels in the portfolio, offering expert guidance, conducting metrics analysis, and providing recommendations based on industry best practices to our hotel partners. Key Responsibilities: - Relationship and Account Management: - Engage and connect with independent hotels. - Manage accounts from end to end, driving sustained performance in the region. - Source and onboard new hotels. - Travel to different hotels in the portfolio to provide expertise, metrics analysis, and recommendations. - Portfolio Management and Driving Growth: - Develop business plans to achieve revenue goals and increase net revenue in the market. - Ensure inventory levels exceed demand and maintain rate competitiveness across multiple platforms. - Data Analysis and Reporting: - Establish and maintain supplier relationships. - Train partner hotels on the extranet and wholesale business. - Review monthly production reports and provide feedback to top-producing hotels. - Build MIS and market intelligence reports, prepare sales plans, and share insights on the market and industry with clients and internal stakeholders. - Negotiating: - Network, initiate deals, negotiate, and close deals with clients. - Strategize to market hotels effectively, helping partners meet customer needs and grow their businesses. Qualification Required: - Masters degree from a reputed institute. - 2-4 years of experience in sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales. - Experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.,
