Job Description

Area Credit Manager MSME | Surat

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate MSME loan proposals, conduct PDs/site visits & ensure policy compliance.
Monitor underwriting, TAT & portfolio quality.
Liaise with Sales/Ops/Collections for smooth disbursement & risk control.
Track delinquencies, recommend corrective actions & ensure compliance.
Train & guide branch/regional credit teams.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce.
5+ years MSME credit assessment & underwriting experience.
Strong financial/risk analysis & market knowledge.
Good communication, leadership & analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office & credit systems.
