Job Description

Area Credit Manager LAP | Vasai

Key Responsibilities:

Assess LAP proposals, conduct PDs/site visits & ensure adherence to policy & credit norms.
Monitor underwriting, TAT & maintain a healthy portfolio.
Liaise with Sales/Ops/Collections for smooth disbursement & risk control.
Track delinquencies, highlight high-risk cases & recommend corrective actions.
Ensure audit/regulatory compliance & maintain MIS/reports.
Train & support branch/regional credit teams.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce.
5+ years experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) credit & underwriting.
Strong financial analysis, risk evaluation & market knowledge.
Good communication, leadership & decision-making skills.
Proficient in MS Office & credit systems.
