Area Credit Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To Handle the Team of BCMs/CPAs.
• Underwriting and Decision of Affordable Home loan/loan against property.
• Maintaining TAT as per Management Expectations by supervising team.
• To manage complete geography with team.
• Assessment of borrowers profiles, repayment capacity and income stability and cashflow assessment for unorganized structures.
• Understand and interpret results of financial analysis, banking analysis and bureau reports and Eligibility in line with Policy/Income Programmed.
• Study analysis and interpretation of legal & technical reports of property and should be understanding Legal and technical challenges associated with the Property of the specific geography which is being represented by Him/Her.
• Maintain the right quality of Portfolio & ensure the Delinquency numbers are with in control and maintain right balance between Return vis a vis Risk.
• Draft & Design the local policies to enable the organization for right mix of customers at desired yield.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be graduate
• Must have relevant Geography Knowledge of Pune
• Must have at least minimum of 6-8 Years experience
• Should be from NBFC/BFSI
