Area Collection Manager - Two Wheeler Loans

As a Portfolio Manager, your role involves allocating portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and Field Officer availability. You will need to create adequate manpower capacity for the assigned portfolio. Your responsibilities include: - Reviewing cases with Field Officers (FOs) and Team Leaders (TLs) to assign work based on disposition codes. - Coordinating with agency resources to plan calls for better resolution and providing necessary support on challenging cases. - Allocating receipt books and Repo kits, and conducting periodic audits. - Ensuring timely closure of agency billing within 60 days of the completed work month. - Obtaining prior approvals for repo cases and assisting agencies in managing repo-related issues. - Addressing collection/repo related customer service issues and escalations. - Collaborating with the legal team to initiate legal actions against chronic defaulters and managing cases filed against the organization by customers or third parties. - Tracking and reviewing BKT resolution at agency and FOs level. - Monitoring and restricting flow rates to the next BKT based on the location you oversee. - Identifying and replacing non-performing FOs, recruiting a new team, and providing necessary training. - Closing CRM queries within the assigned Turnaround Time (TAT). - Responding to RCU audit queries before TAT and ensuring the implementation of committed actions at the field level. - Addressing receipt book discrepancies with the agency to prevent reoccurrence. - Ensuring 100% utilization of Hand Held Terminals (HHT) and submitting reports to ACM/RCM regularly. - Reporting non-functional HHTs to the IT team for necessary support.
