Area Business Manager - Surat

As an Area Business Manager at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., your role involves overseeing the business operations in the West Zone, specifically in Surat, Gujarat, India. You will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the successful implementation of strategies and systems to achieve targets. Your key responsibilities include: - Communicate and collaborate effectively with your subordinates to align on goals. - Ensure the seamless implementation of strategies and systems as per company directives. - Scout for new talent and induct new employees following company policies and code of conduct. - Manage vacant territories efficiently. - Guide team members in resolving issues with stockists and chemists. - Prepare and submit tour programs for yourself and the team in line with guidelines. - Conduct monthly analysis of primary/secondary sales, customer coverage, etc. - Connect with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Business Leaders (KBL). - Establish and nurture business relationships with key customers. - Explain the incentive scheme to subordinates. - Ensure the annual target achievement for all headquarters. - Meet the targets for all new product launches. - Develop team members in detailing, product knowledge, Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA), and in-clinic effectiveness. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. - Maintain discipline within the team. Your qualifications should include a Graduation degree in B.Sc, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or a Diploma in Pharmacy. Additionally, you should possess skills in communication, presentation, scientific background, influencing, selling, team management, problem-solving, and analytical ability.
