Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Raipur market
• Identify and tap into new business opportunities by conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retailers in the assigned area
• Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions

• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the brand and increase sales
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
