Additional Parameters:

- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the watch industry
- Strong understanding of the Raipur market and its potential for watch sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of sales executives
- In-depth knowledge of the watch industry, including current trends and competition
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for business development and market research
- Proficient in using MS Office and other sales management software
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in local language and English is preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Raipur market
- Identify and tap into new business opportunities by conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retailers in the assigned area
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results to the management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for product development and marketing efforts
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the brand and increase sales
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance with all laws and regulations.
