Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in used car loan business.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through refinancing and vehicle finance products.
Build strong relationships with dealerships, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive business expansion.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in area management or similar role in banking or NBFC industry.
Strong understanding of used car loans, refinance, vehicle finance, and related products.
