Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Business Manager based in Chennai with the flexibility for some remote work. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for leading business operations in the designated region, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales activities to meet organizational goals. The role involves overseeing the performance of the sales team, developing strategies for market penetration, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales and Business Development, including the ability to achieve targets and build client relationships effectively
Expertise in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and identifying opportunities for growth
Leadership, Team Management, and excellent Collaboration skills to guide and support sales teams
Exceptional Communication and Negotiation abilities to interact with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Understanding of the healthcare and diagnostics industry is highly advantageous
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other business management software
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
